  • We have entrusted The Travel Directors, Hamilton (formerly Harvey World Travel) with our travel arrangements since 2008.
    During this time we have travelled to the British Isles, Europe, North America, Australia and the Pacific Islands. All told they have organized some fifteen (15) trips for us.

    To date we have not had a problem with any of the arrangements.

    Lynne and her staff have been brilliant. Their experience and knowledge has guaranteed us a stress free holiday wherever we have gone. Not once have we had a problem whether here at home or on the other side of the world – everything has been in the right place when and where it should have been.

  • I initially contacted Lynne Moore from Travel Directors when I asked her to arrange a holiday for my daughter and her Family of 5 and myself to Fiji and also a Friend and her Family of 5! This seemed a big ask and something I could definitely not have done by myself!! Lynne arranged it all with ease and everything went according to our wishes!!

    Recently, I contacted Lynne again to arrange another holiday to The Gold Coast with the same two families - but also added another Family of 4 - a total of 15 people - and to top it off, each Family had different requirements as some fitted the Special Deal offered, some did not, there were different numbers of days away needed for each family, and different accommodation configurations to deal with!!

    She managed all of this with phone calls, texts and emails coming from each of the three Families daily !! And, then we decided to change the accommodation we had originally asked for!!

    This would try the Patience of a Saint - but not Lynne!! She handled it all in a professional, yet friendly and amazing way, and even managed to add on some inclusions that were not expected!!!

    Nothing is a problem for Lynne and I am so thankful I have found her and have no hesitation in referring her to anyone who wants a stress free and well organized holiday!!!

  • Planning a holiday or attending an overseas conference is always a stressful time. But having a travel agent who can work through your itinerary, organise flights, accommodation, tours and then present you with a package to suit your needs deserves a medal.

    I first met Lynne Moore in 2005 when our daughter was at Victoria University and my husband and I would regularly book flights to the capital. In September 2011 she handled our bookings to London and in July 2016 London, Belfast, Hong Kong and Macau.

    Having the right documentation for the countries you visit, transport to and from airports, visa requirements if required, insurance and clear instructions in the travel packs makes Lynne and her team one you go back to time and again.

    When overseas we know that she is always only a phone call away and problems if any, are sorted straight away. Travelling should be fun andLynne is in sync with her clients. Nothing is a major and she will go the extra mile to make sure that you are comfortable with plans that are made.

  • I have been using the services of Lynne Moore and her team for some 15 years.
    Firstly as our Travel Agent for the company I was employed by to arrange annual on and off shore conferences for some 160 people. The conferences were always arranged with such professionalism they run like clockwork. Knowing that every last detail had been addressed in regard to the arrangements of the Travel, Venue, Conference Rooms and Facilities, Entertainment – the list goes on - meant we could concentrate on the running of the conference only, leaving all other details to Lynne and her team.
    As my expectations were constantly exceeded I started to use Lynne’s services for my personal travel as well – and continue to do so now and will continue to do so in the future. Their knowledge of different countries and areas within them always astonishes me. They are certainly extremely helpful with planning itineraries and making suggestions in relation to what may be of interest to me.
    I cannot thank Lynne and the team enough for their help and their continued commitment to me making the planning and arranging stage of my travel so easy. It is certainly comforting to know that every effort possible has gone into making my travel arrangements run smoothly.

  • The very moment we stepped into Travel Directors we were met with big smiles from all the Consultants. You immediately feel the advantage of dealing with an Owner/Operator business. By chance our Consultant happened to be the Owner Lynne Moore, we from time to time deal with the other Consultants and that is always as if we were dealing with Lynne.

    It’s not by chance that we always get plane seats away from kitchens and toilets, our transfers are always waiting for us to arrive, our hotels are always central to where we want to be and the standard of hotel is always to our liking with the pillows we like and the bed size we like. All of this is attention to detail and it comes from an experienced, compassionate and jovial travel Director.

    As the name implies; TRAVEL DIRECTORS is exactly what they do, all of your requests have been taken care of and Suppliers have been directed to attend to your needs as if you were their only Customer. Of course we aren’t but it feels like that.

    From time to time travel has its ups and downs as all travel does. If you don’t accept that then you shouldn’t travel. When things happen (missed flight because airlines don’t always run on time) you always know it will be corrected and taken care of.

    We are completely loyal to the Team at TRAVEL DIRECTORS because they have earned our trust.
